·Provides consistent data support and analysis as well as assessment support.

Finance

·Prepares and provides accounting services to the schools including budget planning, preparation of monthly financials, and compliance with authorizers and Michigan Department of Education.

Operations

·Provides day to day non-instructional management support as well as vendor relations and management.

Facility

·Ensures a clean, organized and academic focused environment.

Human Capital

Provides talent recruitment and retention, and works with back-office support organization to ensure payroll and benefits are met.

Community Engagement

·Provides student recruitment and enrollment strategies utilizing community partners.

Fund Development

·Supports fundraising efforts for the network and schools.

IT

·Provides technology support to ensure that computer systems are optimal and meet 21st requirements.

Board Development/Compliance

·Works closely with the board chair to provides monthly support to the board to manage the school operations.

Authorizer Relations

·Liaises with authorizer to ensure full compliance with the charter contract, and deliverables required by the authorizer.

Turnaround and Improvement

·Works closely with SSRO and School Principal for compliance with regulations; puts in place systems to support rapid turnaround planning for the campuses.
